Most repairs are completed within 24 hours if we have spare parts in stock. For more complex repairs, we'll inform you of the estimated timeframe.

Will my data be erased?

Back up your device before you hand it in, because even a small repair can cause data loss. We do not offer a data preservation service, so the backup is the owner's responsibility. We access the content of your device only when the repair requires it and only as far as it requires, we make no copies and we keep nothing. A factory reset is only performed when the manufacturer requires it.

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on labour. Installed replacement parts carry the manufacturer's (OEM) warranty, which varies by part.

You can bring your device to one of our locations, send it by mail, or order a courier pickup. Fill out our form and we'll handle the rest.
