How Does the Milwaukee E-Service System Work?
Milwaukee E-Service is a digital platform designed to streamline warranty management and repair tracking. Every Milwaukee tool owner must register their equipment and submit all service requests through this online system.
Step 1: Tool Registration on warranty.milwaukeetool.eu
- Visit the registration portal at warranty.milwaukeetool.eu
- Create a personal account using your email address
- Enter the tool's serial number, model, and purchase date
- Upload a digital copy of your receipt or proof of purchase
Important: Registration is completely free and extends your standard warranty by an additional year (giving you 3 years of total warranty coverage)!
Step 2: Submitting a Service Request on eservice.milwaukeetool.eu
- Log in to the service portal at eservice.milwaukeetool.eu
- Select "New service request"
- Describe the issue in detail and select KRON Service as your nearest authorized repair center
- Bring your tool to one of our physical locations or ship it to us
