Impact report 2025

Repair is the most direct form of the circular economy: every device we return to use is a device that does not have to be manufactured. This report sums up what that means in numbers, and the targets we set ourselves in our ISO 14001 environmental management system.
Key figures
devices repaired per year
From the service system: an average of 3,284 devices a month.
of e-waste avoided
Estimate: repairs weighted by the average device mass per category (phone 0.2 kg, laptop 2 kg, console 3 kg, TV 12 kg, tool 2 kg).
re-repair rate
Share of devices returning within the warranty period with the same fault.
kg of batteries handed to a licensed collector
From hand-over records (collector receipts).
kg of used parts and packaging collected separately
From hand-over records.
kWh of electricity per repair
Annual consumption of both sites divided by the number of repairs.
ISO 14001 environmental targets for next year
100 % of used batteries handed to a licensed collector, with batch records.
in progress
Cut packaging waste per repair by 10 % (reuse of transport packaging).
in progress
Share of repairs using reused (refurbished) parts where the manufacturer allows it, measured and published.
in progress
Energy per repair measured at both sites and reduced by 5 %.

How we count
Values marked as estimates are calculated from repair counts and average device masses; the others are read from the service system and hand-over records. The report is updated once a year after the ISO 14001 internal audit.

We support the right to repair
Repair instead of replacement is the core of our work and the reason we certified to ISO 14001. We support the same goal publicly: every user's right to repair their device.
