Grading system

Every industry and partner needs a slightly different grading system. With 3 decades+ of experience we test your stock to your exact requirements and markets.

GradeWhat it means
A+Brand new, unused device with no signs of wear. No signs of liquid damage.
ANo more than 1–2 very light scratches on the back or frame, not visible at arm's length.
B+No more than 2–3 very light scratches on front and back, slightly visible on inspection.
BNo more than 4–5 light scratches, or 1–2 small marks on the front that can't be felt with a fingernail.
C+5–10 light scratches on the front that can't be felt with a fingernail. Visible signs of use.
CMany light scratches and/or deeper scratches that can be felt. Prolonged use, but fully functional.
DMultiple deep scratches, cracked or smashed, liquid damaged; parts may be missing. Poor cosmetic condition.
