Grading system
Every industry and partner needs a slightly different grading system. With 3 decades+ of experience we test your stock to your exact requirements and markets.
| Grade | What it means |
|---|---|
| A+ | Brand new, unused device with no signs of wear. No signs of liquid damage. |
| A | No more than 1–2 very light scratches on the back or frame, not visible at arm's length. |
| B+ | No more than 2–3 very light scratches on front and back, slightly visible on inspection. |
| B | No more than 4–5 light scratches, or 1–2 small marks on the front that can't be felt with a fingernail. |
| C+ | 5–10 light scratches on the front that can't be felt with a fingernail. Visible signs of use. |
| C | Many light scratches and/or deeper scratches that can be felt. Prolonged use, but fully functional. |
| D | Multiple deep scratches, cracked or smashed, liquid damaged; parts may be missing. Poor cosmetic condition. |
