How do you send a device in for repair in Maribor or Ljubljana?
KRON Servis makes handing in your faulty electronics fast and simple. You can always reach us at vprasanja@kron.si or via the repair contact form. Our two service centres in Maribor (Zagrebška cesta 83a) and Ljubljana (Vilharjeva cesta 29) are open Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:00.
Delivery options: in person, GLS home pickup or a GLS parcel point
- Visit in person: drop by during opening hours, no appointment needed.
- GLS home pickup: fill in the Send in for repair form, confirm your email address, and you will receive a GLS label with packing instructions by email. The courier then collects the parcel at your address.
- GLS parcel point: with the same GLS label you can also drop the parcel off at your nearest GLS parcel point.
GLS send-in is currently available for customers in Slovenia and the price includes return shipping of the repaired device. We repair phones, laptops, game consoles and household appliances; diagnostics costs €25 incl. VAT and every repair carries a 12-month warranty. See the price list or track your repair status online.
