Samsung Galaxy S25 Rear Camera Replacement

If your Samsung Galaxy S25 is taking blurry photos, failing to focus, or showing a blank screen when you open the camera app, it might be time for a camera replacement.    • Apply heat to the edges of the back glass using a heat gun or iOpener to soften the factory adhesive.

   • Apply a suction cup to the lower portion of the back glass and pull up gently.
   • Insert a plastic opening pick into the small gap you create between the glass and the metal frame.

   Slice through the adhesive

   • Slide the opening pick around the entire perimeter of the phone to cut through the waterproof adhesive.
   • Leave picks in the corners to prevent the adhesive from resealing while you work.

   Remove the back glass

   • Once all the adhesive is cut, carefully lift the back glass away from the phone.
   • Set it aside in a safe place to avoid cracking it.

   Unscrew the motherboard shield

   • Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the screws securing the motherboard shield and wireless charging coil.
   • Keep your screws organized on a magnetic mat so you know exactly where they go during reassembly.
