A cracked or malfunctioning display on your Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge can cause unresponsive touch, dead pixels, or a completely black screen. Because this device features an ultra slim 5.8mm titanium frame, the internal tolerances are incredibly tight and require a delicate hand.    Power Off and Heat the Device

   • Turn off your Galaxy S25 Edge completely before starting the repair.
