   Migrate or Mount the Display

   • If your replacement housing does not include a pre-installed screen, heat the front perimeter to 70°C, slice the display adhesive with a plastic shim, and carefully transfer the AMOLED panel.
   • Clean away old adhesive residue thoroughly and route the display ribbon cable cleanly through the new midframe pass-through slot.

    Reinstall Internals and Reseal

    • Mount the motherboard, sub-board, peripheral flexes, battery, and speaker assemblies into the new chassis.
    • Connect the battery ribbon last, boot the phone to verify display touch response and sensor operation, then install pre-cut seals and clamp the rear glass in place.
