Phone fell into water
Acting fast can save the device. Most importantly: do NOT charge it or dry it with a hairdryer — get professional cleaning as soon as possible.
First steps
- Power off immediately and do not charge
- Remove cards and wipe the device
- Rice doesn’t help — moisture stays inside and causes corrosion
