Phone fell into water

Acting fast can save the device. Most importantly: do NOT charge it or dry it with a hairdryer — get professional cleaning as soon as possible.

  1. First steps

    • Power off immediately and do not charge
    • Remove cards and wipe the device
    • Rice doesn’t help - moisture stays inside and causes corrosion

  2. Professional cleaning

    We disassemble the device, ultrasonically clean the board and remove corrosion before it causes permanent damage. The sooner you come, the better the odds - for the device and your data.
