How long does a repair take?

Most repairs are completed within 24 hours if we have spare parts in stock. For more complex repairs, we'll inform you of the estimated timeframe.

Will my data be erased?

We recommend backing up, but in most cases data is preserved. Factory reset is only required when mandated by the manufacturer. Data preservation service costs 30 EUR incl. VAT.

What replacement parts do you use?

We exclusively use original OEM replacement parts, ensuring the highest repair quality and long lifespan.

Do you offer a warranty on repairs?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on labour. Installed replacement parts carry the manufacturer's (OEM) warranty, which varies by part.

How can I send my device for repair?

You can bring your device to one of our locations, send it by mail, or order a courier pickup. Fill out our form and we'll handle the rest.

Do you repair devices under warranty?

Yes, as an authorized service center for numerous brands, we perform warranty repairs. You just need proof of purchase.
