Device not responding to the charger, or only charging at a specific cable angle? Usually a worn charging port or battery is to blame.
Most common causes
- Dirt or wear in the charging port
- A worn-out battery that no longer accepts charge
- A damaged cable or adapter
- A fault on the power-management board
What you can check yourself
Try a different cable and charger and gently clean the port with a soft brush. If the issue persists, diagnostics are needed.
