Phone won’t charge

Device not responding to the charger, or only charging at a specific cable angle? Usually a worn charging port or battery is to blame.

  1. Most common causes

    • Dirt or wear in the charging port
    • A worn-out battery that no longer accepts charge
    • A damaged cable or adapter
    • A fault on the power-management board

  2. What you can check yourself

    Try a different cable and charger and gently clean the port with a soft brush. If the issue persists, diagnostics are needed.

  3. How we fix it

    Diagnostics tell us whether it’s the port, the battery or the power circuit — we replace only what’s needed, with OEM parts and a 12-month warranty.
