  1. Before bringing it in

    • Charge for at least 30 minutes with a known-good charger
    • Try a forced restart (the key combo for your model)
    • Check if a computer detects the device

  2. Our diagnostics

    Measurement equipment tells us whether it’s the battery, the power circuit or the mainboard. You confirm the price before any work, and we preserve your data wherever possible.
